Our unique approach is delivered in two complimentary parts. First there are custom web sales seminars that your team will be able to attend right at their desk, or conference room on their computer. Travel time and expenses are eliminated. The sessions are completely live, interactive and designed solely for your specific department and people. 30 to 60 minute sessions can be delivered on a quarterly or monthly basis depending on your goals.
The second part of our system is a huge departure from standard bank training. Individual people on any team have different skill sets. What one individual needs, another may not. Individual sales coaching is included. People are put on a 30 minute telephone coaching schedule, either monthly or bi-monthly. We are in communication with the manager and they will receive a monthly review of his or her peoples' coaching session progress.
